Our fees are different for cash versus medical insurance, personal injury (auto accident) or workers
compensation cases. Itemized fees range from $120-$155.00 per visit depending upon on the
therapies performed in conjunction with acupuncture such as: manual therapy, massage, electric
stimulation, moxabustion, etc.) The higher fees for insurance reflect the additional paperwork, phone
correspondence, and long wait times for insurance payment. We accept cash, checks, Visa, MC, and
Visa/MC debit cards.
We accept several of the following PPOs and direct bill to all of the following:
For patient with Blue Cross PPO, Empire Blue Cross PPO (Federal) we provide you with a Member Claim
Form to send your invoice for reimbursement.
