Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 9 AM - 6 PM
Friday 9 - 2; later by appointment only.
Massages to be scheduled directly with the massage therapist.
Payment is due at the time of treatment. As a courtesy, we will bill your insurance company if your insurance
pays for our services. Please bring your insurance card with you on your first visit. If for any reason, your
insurance company denies payment, you will be responsible for your bill. We accept cash/check ($10 off), Visa
and Master card.
Typical Treatment Fees for cash patients (Individual cases will vary):
o History and examination
o Diagnosis
o Acupuncture treatment
o Nutritional and herbal recommendations (herbs not included)
Follow up treatments: $70 Senior citizens, students, active military;
$85 all others ($75 cash/check discount).
Cancellation Policy:
When you make an appointment, please be aware that we have set aside time for you. As a courtesy to our
other patients, please be on time for your appointments. There will be a charge for any appointment missed
or cancelled with less than 24 hours notice. If you are a new patient without a referral from one of our
patients or doctors, we strongly recommend that you reserve your appointment time with a credit card.

- First visit: $95 Senior citizens, students, active military; $105-125 more complex cases.

After nearly 10 years working with insurance both in CA and NY, here is what I can guarantee: Most patients do not understand the complexities of
insurance billing.
At the clinic, even if you have coverage for acupuncture, we must verify insurance with our billing staff and your carrier directly. Your coverage will be
verified at the office after your first visit. Regardless of coverage you think you have, PPO patients must pay their first visit in full and we will verify
your coverage. In addition your insurance may not cover herbal consultation, moxa, massage, nutritional consultation so you may choose to include
these services for a higher copay. We have an itemized fee schedule for your convenience.
Insurance billing is a service that we may provide, but we are not obligated to do so.
Due to the high cost and long wait periods associated with insurance billing, our fee schedule is higher for PPO versus cash patients and your copay will
be based on that. If at any time your provider delays in payment, your bill become due and payable in full. You are liable for your deductible and
uncovered charges by your PPO.
For patients with no coverage for treatment, we also offer a senior discount, and have a discounted fee schedule for those on a limited income.
